Viridian at Greenhills is a 53 storey residential condominium tower located at a lot area of 3,000 sq.m. along Connecticut Street and Missouri Street at Greenhills, Ortigas Center in Pasig City Philippines. Within the overall Greenhillls Master Plan, the site for the Viridian Tower is located in the Northeast sector at the corner of Connecticut and Missouri Streets.

This location is ideal for a residential complex as it is still within the Greenhills Shopping Center so the residents will have complete access to all of its features and amenities, yet the site is located on the periphery of Greenhills enough to feel like a more private residential community.

Design of the tower units are maximized not only for the best views of Wack-Wack Golf & Country Club, Manila skyline and mountain ranges but also for solar orientation.

Units facing the Western and Southern side, where the harshest heat conditions occur have been designed to have recessed balconies or sun shading fins to help mitigate the heat impact.

The units facing the Northern and Eastern side have more glazing to maximize the views.

The main amenities deck is located on Level 3 where the outdoor pool deck is located. It will be directly connected to a party / activity room which can accommodate private parties and events all in a single indoor/outdoor space. Sky Gardens located at levels 21 and 22 is a double height outdoor space that can serve as a small private garden for the residents. In contrast to the Amenity deck on Level 3, this space is intended primarily for quiet relaxation and lounging.
